The Rewards programme is automatically initiated for you when you open an account on "Just SIKU Toys". When you sign up as a member, you start to receive member benefits immediately in the form of a 2% discount for all eligible products. You will see this discount shown against all products in the form of "you pay only x" instead of the normal price. The discount is immediate and any Reward points are calculated once you conclude your order and make payment for any products in your shopping cart.

When next you visit www.justsikutoys.co.nz and log in you will see any Loyalty points that have been awarded, the level you are at and how many points are required to reach the next award level to gain even more discount benefits. There are three Reward levels which give you more discounts and these are cumulative, building on the basic "registered Member" level. When you reach Silver Award level (400 Points) you will start to receive FREE FREIGHT (overseas customers see below) for every subsequent purchase regardless of your order size. At the top Gold level you receive the maximum cumulative discount level (10%) on any further purchases regardless of the order size. When you reach Gold Award for the first time you will receive a BONUS $20 discount voucher which can be redeemed on any product in www.justsikutoys.co.nz.

Too good to be true you think! The only catch is that Reward points do expire after 24 months and as they expire you may fall back to a earlier reward discount level. You will be given a warning via email 30 days before any points expire and any further purchases could help to keep you at that premium level.

Club Rules

• Club Member Reward Points are not transferable to any other person or Out To Shop Account
• Club Member Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash or gift vouchers
• Club Member Reward Points are based on NZ$ purchases, including discounts & GST but excluding shipping/local freight & insurance costs at the time of concluding your purchase.
• Club Member Reward Points (NZ Siku Collectors Club) can be redeemed only when shopping on www.justsikutoys.co.nz
• Club Member Reward Points have an expiry date as noted and may cause a member to drop back through the Award levels as they expire thus reducing future Member benefits. You will be warned by email 30 days before points are due to expire.
• If a member is found to be misusing the Loyalty programme we reserve the right to cancel any and all outstanding points and close the Loyalty Account.
• For overseas customers reaching Silver Award and receiving "FREE FREIGHT", this is limited to the normal NZ Freight charge of NZ$4.95. There may be additional costs over this value.
• If a member closes an Account all points will lapse
• We reserve the right to adjust customers Award Points if any order is refunded partially or in full.
• Award Points for Gift Voucher purchases apply when they are redeemed for product.
